Full environment scan

Here's what the full scan involves

The automated scan gives you exact numbers across your Jira configuration. We start at Tier 1: six audit areas, Jira admin token only. Your consultant will discuss Tier 2 and Tier 3 options once you've seen your initial results.

What you'll need to provide for Tier 1

    A Jira admin API token
    Created in your Atlassian account settings. Needs Jira administrator permissions. Takes about 2 minutes to create.
Your credentials are used only to run the scan and are never stored. The scan is read-only: no changes are made to your environment. We'll walk you through the setup once you've submitted.
About API access

To complete the Atlassian Health Check, we will need temporary API access to your Atlassian environment. This access is only used to assess the configuration and health of the platform, including areas such as licensing, permissions, workflows, schemes, apps, usage patterns, security settings and overall administration structure. For clarity, we will not be extracting or retaining confidential business content such as Jira issue details, attachments, Confluence page content, comments, customer records, source code or other sensitive operational information. Our review is focused on platform configuration, risk, governance, optimisation opportunities and supportability. Access can be limited to the minimum permissions required for the review and revoked as soon as the Health Check is complete. We also do not retain API credentials after the engagement.

Want a deeper scan? Tier 2 adds your JSM portals and service desk performance (same token, JSM admin access needed). Tier 3 adds licence consumption and Confluence. Your consultant will cover both options after your Tier 1 results are in.
